CLEVER PANTS' associated charity continues to be the African Children's Educational Trust, A-CET (the name plays on the word "asset"). For every show you book we donate 5€ to A-CET. With 390 shows performed this year throughout Italy, Portugal and Spain we were able to make a donation of 1.950€. This money will be invaluable for the installation of solar powered lighting in areas of Ethiopia still without mains electricity. Something as simple as lighting can make a massive difference to the school's opening hours. Many farmers' children and mature students unable to study during the day can now continue to develop their literacy and numeracy skills by attending the school's evening classes.
